Connections: From Quarks to the Cosmos

What do the smallest known particles and the structure and origins of the entire universe have in common? “Connections: From Quarks to the Cosmos” is dedicated to bringing together particle physics, nuclear physics, gravitational physics, and astrophysics to answer some of the biggest questions: where it all came from, why it took the shape it did, and what its future might bring.

What's New?
The briefing book used by leaders of the Connections group to give NASA, DOE, and NSF an overview of this field’s questions and the various approaches to finding the answers.
Miami 2005: a topical conference on particle physics and cosmology, will be held 14-18 December 2005.
